Please Note: Dr. Oklan is not a MediCare or MediCal provider or on any insurance panels and does not accept insurance.
All charges are billed on the day of service to an active credit card, which must be left on file with the office. Generally, the only statement patients will receive will be their credit card statements, which should reflect all charges and payments. Additional statements for submission to insurance or tax purposes may be available if arrangements are made with Jane Howard.
